The reunited lineup features Jeff Mangum, Jeremy Barnes, Scott Spillane, & Julian Koster, the lineup that the band has consisted of since the release of On Avery Island. They’re together, reunited, and ready to play their first live shows together since 1999. Jeff Mangum has played a few live shows of the year, and now fans are finally going to get the long-awaited reunion that not too long ago seemed like a pipe dream.
Only a small amount of dates have been announced so far, with more to come later. The tour starts in Athens, Georgia on October 22, then goes to Asheville, North Carelina, and then Taiwan & Japan. A portion of concert proceeds will be donated to Children of the Blue Sky and others in need.
