Streets Of Laredo are from New Zealand, but are now based in New York. They released their first single “Girlfriend” and it’s a stone-cold stunner. It’s got an alt-folk kick with a jangly guitar riff, that keep a strong emphasis on percussion. It’s a solid first look at the band.
