Usually I share NYC shows with you guys, but this time I got a local show in Rockland County (which is where I am from) for you guys. The Piermont Police Athletic League and The Turning Point are putting on the 4th Annual American Roots Festival this upcoming Labor Day. All proceeds from the festival are to benefit the Piermont PAL.
The festival will feature a wide variety of American roots artists such as John WhoEver, Lucky Peterson, The Nutopians, Cosmic American Derelicts, Bobby Diblasio, Riley Etheridge Band, and Big Jim Wheeler and His Wheels of Fire.
Tickets are $15, and can be purchased online right here, or at the door. The festival takes place at the Goswick Pavilion/Rittenberg Field this Labor Day, Monday, September 3. The festival will run from 12-5, with food and drinks available. Children 12 and under get in free.
