Woah, this is huge. So according to various news sources and our buddies over at Arctic Monkeys US, our boys, Arctic Monkeys will be playing during one of the Olympic Ceremonies.
Argentinian journalist Martin John Rinaldi tweeted the following photo of Alex Turner practicing in the Olympic stadium which seemed to confirm the rumors.
Blake from AMUS has sources that seem to confirm that the band will be playing in the opening ceromony, and may even be covering The Beatles. If this is true, this could be all kinds of epic exposure for them.
