Without former member Switch and hype man Skerrit Bwoy, one could have been wondering if Major Lazer would live up to their hype as a wild live show. Ah, who am I kidding? I knew that Diplo would make it work. A lot of credit has to go to their new hype man, Walshy Fire, who did an incredible job getting the crowd into a frenzy that last from the start to the literal last second.

I’m honestly usually more frustrated than impressed with a hype man, so Walshy Fire should pat himself on the back. Anyone who makes the journey into the crowd in a giant human ball is alright in my book. New teammate Jillionaire and the groups two dancers were full of energy and plenty of rock, creating arguably the best time of the entire weekend.
