Underflow Records artists Quells (Adam Fitzgerald) & Pesky Kid (Benjamin Champagne) recently returned over the summer with their collabrative single “Real Love”.

The groovy track is about the “healing & the hurting involved with real love” and blends dance rock, pop, and r & b with a smooth summer romantic feeling in the air that calls to mind some of the early days of Chromeo. This is the sort of track that delivers a blend of melancholy that feels like the sort of summer nights we held onto desperately enjoying them as much as we are afraid that they would slip away.

The music video for “Real Love” was filmed in Detroit’s Eastern Market and directed by Shane Hillier, starring Fitzgerald, Champagne, and two dancers – Ernesto and Cindy.
