Last year saw Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks return with new album Sparkle Hard on May 18 via Matador Records. He’s been touring in support of the album ever since, including a performance at Music Hall of Williamsburg back in June. On Friday night, Malkmus and the Jicks returned to New York for a much bigger performance at Brooklyn Steel.
