Brooklyn-based musician Kevin Olken Henthorn releases music as Cape Francis – we previously caught a performance of his at the Mercury Lounge back in 2017. Francis is gearing up for the release of his sophomore album Deep Water on March 1st via Sleep Well Records.
Today we share the album’s single “Button Up,” a pretty and honest indie track that is described as “a bleak examination of The Cubicle Job and how it can very seriously drain a person of their artistic juices.” Henthorn is an artist with a fully realized voice and vision, one that seems alive and well on “Button Up.”
