whenyoung is the Irish (but now based in London) trio of Aoife Power (vocals/bass), Niall Burns (guitar), Andrew Flood (drums). Next week will see them release their debut EP Given Up via Virgin Records.
“Given Up” is also the self-titled lead single from the EP and a good mix of an indie rock sound that is propelled upwards with a clever pop chorus that makes it one thats quite hard to shake. Considering this is their debut EP and their already signed to Virgin Records, we’d say it’s a good bet to keep an eye on whenyoung.
