Baltimore’s Wye Oak, who we last saw performing with an orchestra, released their sixth studio album, The Louder I Call, The Faster It Runs via Merge Records earlier this year. In support of the album, the duo of Andy Stack and Jenn Wasner toured with a third member for the first time: Will Hackney on bass. The tour brought them to Brooklyn Steel on May 15th. Support came from Palm and Torres, who announced that the show would potentially be her last in New York City for rest of the year.
