Madeline Tasquin is a Canadian-Californian singer-songwriter who sings in both English and French, weaving in-between such genres as jazz, sol and even some psych-pop.
She released her new EP Future Telephone last month, giving us a collection of soaring vocals that nimbly gives us a bit of folk and jazz inspired jams that also hit home in a big pop fashion.
The lead single and title track is a big and bold colorful exploration of many genres that end up being confidently molded into something that she owns as something of her own. There’s a lot of clear raw talent to be found in her voice and the music she creates, which should not go overooked.
