Wet Leg made their live return to the states with a very intimate show at Market Hotel in Brooklyn last night (March 31st). The packed crowd was anticipating new material from the band – their first since their self-titled debut back in 2022.

The band have been teasing new single “catch these fists” and kicked off the set with the new single which ripped off the band-aid with an immediate crunch and bite. From there the band delivered “Oh No” and “Wet Dream” from their debut, before running through a mix of six brand new songs in total, as well as plenty of old favorite such as “Ur Mom”, “Angelica” and of course, “Chaise Lounge.”

It was a treat to see the band perform at a small venue such as Market Hotel again, when its obvious that bigger rooms and giant festival crowds await the band for the rest of the summer. It was hard to move in the venue and everyone shared a collective sweat as they rocked out during their performance, one of the highlights of the year so far.
