Austrian singer-songwriter Mira Lu Kovacs returned with her new album, Please, Save Yourself, earlier this month via Play Dead Records.
The album features tracks like the fragile and heartbreaking folk rock of standout single “I Care For You”, which shifts gears from gentle to a hard hitting 90’s garage rock effort that hits with power and purpose – equally as restrained as devastating.
Equally as effective is album single “Save Yourself”, a blend of pop and indie folk with an ethereal dreamlike quality that soon expands its reach into something more expansive with a bit sonic profile.
