W.Y. Huang is a Singapore-born, New York-based singer-songwriter who is preparing the release of their new EP Knots, which will be released on May 7th. The release sees a return to songwriting and folk tendencies for Huang, including the recently shared single “Life Just Lately.”
It’s a vibrant pop and folk blend that also sees a featured verse from Granata to give it an extra boost of energy. Despite the overall positive feeling in the air during the track, it grapples with the melancholy of existence, while also keeping its head up with a pretty radiant and sunny disposition and spirit.
