Squirrel Flower, the project of singer-songwriter Ella Williams, returned with her sophomore album Planet (i) last year via Polyvinyl, her quick follow-up to 2020’s I Was Born Swimming.
Last week she brought her tour in support of the record to New York for a headlining performance at Mercury Lounge (days before a show at Brooklyn’s Baby’s All Right), which saw her bring out special guest – and fellow rising talent Tomberlin – to join in on “Deluge in the South.”
