St. Serf, a band featuring ” three Scots and an English guy spread over London and Edinburgh”, who caught our attention back in 2018 with their single “Arcade” have done it once again with the release of their single, “Lonny.”
The slow-burning psych-infused indie rock captures a specific tone and mood, that takes its time to build up and reveal itself, crafts a bit of a 90s art-rock punch. It stands on its own while reminding at times of the off-kilter yet still highly melodic nature of bands like Sunset Rubdown and Deerhunter, holding your attention with a transfixing nature purely of its own.
