I’m not sure where 2015 ranks amongst the other years so far this decade, but I know there were tons of memorable films that I loved, some already classics, and some sure to find their place over time.
It took me a little bit longer than I hoped to make this “best of list,” but one of the few benefits on moving this slowly was that I was able to catch up on many of the films I missed in 2015, as well as re-visit many of the picks in my top 20 which caused a lot of reshuffling. With that said, this list really is just my current rankings at the moment, as many of the films, especially those in the top 4, could easily rotate as I love them all for different reasons.
With that said, dig in deep, these were my best (although the better word is favorite) films from 2015.
