Swedish powerhouse producer/DJ, Eric Prydz is taking on the beast that is Madison Square Garden on September 27th, 2014. Prydz will be bringing with him the newest evolution in the EPIC experience.
EPIC stands for Eric Prydz In Concert and with that comes the 3.0 version. As someone who has seen the EPIC 2.0 show, it is hard to grasp how he can develop this show even further. EPIC 2.0 was a complete sensory overload, the visuals, holograms, lasers, stage, and beats were unlike anything anyone has ever seen before coming from a live DJ show. The fact that New York and Madison Square Garden are being graced with the only EPIC 3.0 show is going to be a special moment for fans and everyone with a true respect for the electronic music scene. This show is going to mark one of Prydz biggest non-festival gigs of his career. To pay homage to such a feat Prydz will be bringing the largest indoor hologram right to our backyard. For two whole hours fans will be presented with a completely original animation and visual experience that will be sound tracked with his deep house, progressive, techno jams, which he releases under names like Pryda and Cirez D, but lets not also forget his newest single, “Liberate”.
Don’t be upset if you got tickets to the show but couldn’t get GA, Prydz himself said in an interview with In The Mix that in order to get the full visual experience and see it the way it was created to be seen, it would be best to be in the seats. Do not sleep on this incredible opportunity and only chance to see EPIC 3.0.
