Since starting We All Want Someone To Shout For, concert photography and reviews have become a major part of what we do around here. We love attending shows and bringing the experience to you through images, so we decided to take things one step further.
Our photographer Dana Pacifico came to me with the idea of capturing personal portraits of the bands before/after the very concerts that we are attending. Think of it as a glimpse behind the scenes of some of the best concerts around New York City. You’ll see some great bands photographed up close and personal in a wonderful fashion. The series is called Performer Portraiture.
The inaugural Performer Portraiture session was with Los Angeles band Incan Abraham at Baby’s All Right. The band played at the Brooklyn venue ahead of their debut album Tolerance. Dana met with the band before their performance and got some great shots of them inside the venue.
Enjoy all the shots, and be sure to check out Dana’s photos from the performance as well, which you can find right here.
