The season 3 finale of The Walking Dead left me bitterly disappointed, but that’s sort of the show it is. It will blow you away one minute and leave you feeling shortchanged the next. But like an ex-girlfriend that you just can’t get over, I find myself always coming back for more. The cast and crew of what may be the most popular show on television right now showed up at Comic-Con today to premiere the trailer for the new season.
Yeah it looks like they’re still at the prison. But things look to be shaking up big time, as they seem to have some kind of mole or traitor on the inside with them, perhaps The Governor is there more than everyone realizes. The trailer introduces us to a few new characters, and progress with our favorites. One thing that stood out is a fight between Rick and Daryl. No doubt that will be a season 4 highlight for sure.
I am once again putting high hopes into this show. Scott M. Gimple is taking over for show runner Glen Mazzara so we’ll see how he handles the show. The trailer has me way too hyped for this season than I should be, but hopefully this is the season where The Walking Dead finally lives up to his promise.
