I Declare War took home the Audience Award at the 2012 Fantastic Fest and recently screened at the Toronto International Film Festival. It shows us what happens when a bunch of 12-year-olds use their imaginations to their fullest extent creating a lively game of Capture The Flag. The game starts blurring the linse between real and make-believe.
The trailer for the film makes this look like a highly enjoyable little movie that seems to capture the feel of what it’s like to be young with an imagination again. This looks like fun. It’s released on video on demand and iTunes on July 26, and in select theaters on August 30. Watch the trailer below.
