In A World‘s trailer is pretty meta when you consider the film’s plot about a girl’s journey to make it in the movie voice-over industry. It stars Lake Bell (Childrens Hospital, How To Make It In America) as a voice-over actress who is trying to make it in the male dominated profession. In order to make it in this field she has to battle sexism, and live up to her father, who is one of the most legendary men in the voice-over field.
The film showcases a pretty solid cast that includes Bell, Fred Melamed, Nick Offerman, Demetri Martin, Rob Corddry, Ken Marino, Lucy Punch and Eva Longoria. Bell also wrote and directed the film. It will see a limited release on August 9. Watch the trailer below.
