London psych-rock outfit TOY brought a devestatingly cool set to start my night at Cedar Street Courtyard. They had a dark-synth influence reminiscent of the latest version of The Horrors, along with the dreamy psych waves of Tame Impala. Fans of synth-rock need to find this band and see them right away.
