Buffalo’s Kyle J. Reigle is the man behind Cemeteries. They were a 3-piece band that delivered a great late night set that perfectly suited their half-asleep goth-pop. There was definitely a drowsy hypnotic quality to their music that was a perfect feeling for the ending hours of a successful night 1 of CMJ. The songs come from his debut album The Wilderness, which comes out tomorrow via Lefse Records. After witnessing the magic of their music live, this is definitely an album I don’t want you to sleep on.
