To many’s pleasure, Arcade Fire did a few songs for The Hunger Games soundtrack. We already heard “Abraham’s Daughter”. Now we get to hear “Horn Of Plenty”, more of an orchestral piece that aims to sound more like a thematic part of the film more than a traditional song.

Win Butler said they aimed to write a song that captured the feel of “the national anthem of the fascist Capitol.” The band absolutely hits it out of the park. It sounds exactly like you’d imagine after reading the book or seeing the film. Epic in every which way.
