The Walkmen have finished recording their new album. The band posted the following message last Friday:
Hi everyone. Our album is finally done and we’re thrilled with it. We can’t wait to get it out there.
As a celebration the band uploaded a fun U2 cover medley that they did to release a bit of steam post-recording. Producer Phil Ek recorded it without the band knowing. They have released the audio of it on their website. It’s a good mix of silly fun, and moments of decent cover attempts.
