Call it dream-folk, call it haunting, but I think we can all agree that Marissa Nadler’s new song, “The Wrecking Ball Company”, is a thing of beauty. It slowly builds with not much more than Nadler’s epic vocals rising high alongside light finger picking. It’s off her upcoming album, Sister, which is due out May 29 via her own label, Box of Cedar.
