“Ceceia & Her Selfhood” isn’t really new, as Connor O’Brien and the rest of Villagers have been playing it live for some time now. But they finally released it as a studio recorded mp3.
It’s a slow burning that slowly picks up steam with extravagant style and ease. It’s a welcoming sign that the future is still very bright for these guys. It’s a stunning effort.
