Stumbled across new-comber Grant Cutler & The Gorgeous Lords via my inbox. He’s releasing his first EP in October and sharing “Our Love Is A Mighty Fortress” from the said EP. It was quite a pleasant surprise to hear his talent jump out of my speakers. Grant is harboring a vintage singer songwriter sound that I’m all for. His voice sounds haunted, but at the same time, it’s encouraging.
His approach to songwriting brings his music right to your room. You feel like your in a small club filled with smoke with Grant playing his heart out.
Grant sounds quite established for a new artist. The whole EP dazzles upon the same level, so you may want to grab it when he self releases it on October 19th. It will be available digitally, but there is going to be a limited pressing of only 100 copies that you may want to grab. Keep your eyes peeled right here for more info on that.
