The Decemberists gave us “The Rake’s Song” last month, and now I got “Hazards Of Love 1”, another track off their new album with the same name for you guys. It is the first track (aside from the prelude) on the album and it sounds like a proper opener to me. The song is very mellow with acoustic guitars and Colin’s vocals staying pretty reserved. If anything it will play off as a nice opener in the context of the album. Grab it:
