Kanye promised us his new single ‘Love Lockdown’ this tuesday but he gave us a early taste of it during his performance at the VMA’s. I didn’t feel like torturing myself or anyone else around me by watching the show. So the song is not fast paced or high speed energy that we saw in first singles such as ‘Stronger” and ‘Dimonds Are Forever’. It is however emotional, and driven by a deep bass over Kanyes lyrics and delivery.
It sure is a bit of a different feel from his other songs, but I think this is just another great song from Kanye. The video is all over youtube, taken down at an even faster rate. I found the mp3 at culturebully.com, stream it below.
