So yeah, San Francisco’s K.Flay has won my heart with her pretty incredible song “2 Weak”. The song uses bits and pieces of Grizzly Bear’s “Two Weeks”, hence the title “2 Weak”. Crafty girl!
The song is a mix of rap/pop, but not more one than the other. She wisely takes the oh so familiar keys from “Two Weeks” and loops them over her own beat creating something entirely new & fresh. She has a kind voice that your ears will adore. Her lyrics are heartfelt and real. What’s not to love about this song?
