This just made my evening. Earlier today, the always wonderful TwentyFourBit posted a video of Wilco’s frontman, Jeff Tweedy, performing (or rather, reading) Beyoncé’s smash hit “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)”. Before the show Tweedy took submitted requests and one of them was between “Ashes of American Flags” or “Single Ladies”. He picked the safe choice alright.
The result was hilarious, and a new cult classic video was born. Watch it below:
