The Morning Benders played their b-side “Go Grab A Stranger” for the first time when I saw them at The Music Hall Of Williamsburg. They released it as a limited 7″ that you can still purchase from Beggars Group or Itunes. It’s a dark song that would have fit nicely alongside “Sitiches”. Turns out it was originally planned to make Big Echo. They now released the song for stream. I posted it below:
The band also gave away a remix of “Cold War” done by Wallpaper. It takes the song and transforms it into a different animal. There are some lounge/jazz elements that surface from time to time. It’s really cool. You can download that for free below:
