LANNDS is an electronic-psych project formed in Jacksonville, Florida and now based in Los Angeles, CA. They have recently released “Hold My Place” a single released ahead of their upcoming EP, If The Door Closes, which is due out on April 24.
“Hold My Place” is a moody electronic ballad with a soulful ethereal quality to it, that features colorful jittery electronic production, paired with gorgeous vocals that deliver an airy aura. It conjures a late night atmosphere, one with a bit of a slow burn dance groove, while also offering a contemplative emotional undercurrent that has flashbacks to the sort of electronic music that would have taken music blogs like this one by storm in the early 2010s.
