Canadian alt rockers Blush. have returned with their new single “Wrong Answers Only”, the second release from their forthcoming EP In the Grey, which will be released on May 1.
The track is a driving and anthemic fuzzy blend of indie rock with a punchy nature and 90s energy that has traces of acts like Wunderhorse. There’s a punk spirit to the track with a garage rock pummeling power in tow that delivers a sharp propulsive energy that shifts gears and surprises with its change in pace that delivers a thoughtful blend of the genre that they fully make into their own.
Diving into the track, the band’s Renata Baldwin adds:
“This song always makes me imagine throwing paint all over a blank canvas. It has no limits. It drives you forward, and before you’re even ready, it’s over.”
