Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter LIANNA released her debut album, Westside Forever, last month via Heaven 13 Records.

“White Light White Heat” is a standout single from the record, which is dedicated to her hometown of the Pacific Palisades, which was tragically burned down in the wildfire. The track captures an enchanting and heartfelt soulful blend of a hypnotic sense of alt pop that captures a bit of the old school retro fusion sound of artists like Lana Del Rey and Alexandra Saviour. It’s gorgeous production style blends perfectly with her commanding vocals giving it a very cinematic David Lynch-esque quality.
