Cape Francis is a solo project started by guitarist and vocalist Kevin Olken Henthorn whose music we have shared a bunch on here over the past few years.
He’s since returned with his latest single “Catapult”, a track that casts a melancholic shadow, one with a ton of reflection. There’s a tender nature to the build of the folk-leaning track, rich with textured flourishes that guide his impeccable vocal performance which guides us through the fabric of the heart of the track. There are traces of acts like Andy Shauf in its production and emotive nature, which is also built with a sneaky infectious nature that completely pulls you in.
