Paris, From Tokyo is a Detroit-based musician who recently returned with new EP, glass, which the multidisciplinary artist released on January 17th.
“note4u” is a particular highlight and single from the EP that stands as a good taste of the release and artist as a whole. It’s described as an “exploration of unrequited love and potential courtship” and delivers elements of psych and classic indie rock blended with a old school pop sound as well. The track is delivered with a fitting lofi bedroom quality that only adds to its effective charm.
