Swedish indie folk artist Isak Falk is gearing up for the release of his debut album and has recently shared its single “Början på slutet.”
There’s a sweet jangle pop leaning to the track which blends well with the assured dreamy folk sound that floats by with an enchanting emotional undercurrent. There are some well defined vibrant flourishes that build to a sweeping and sneakily infectious sound that soars with a great deal of confident, channeling the likes of Jens Lekman and Camera Obscura in its ability to combine upbeat jangly guitars with pitch perfect blend of melancholic emotion and uplifting spirit.
