MAJKEN is a singer-songwriter from Malmö, Sweden who describes her music as gospel-grunge. Late last month she released her new album, Korus, which was released via Sing a Song Fighter.
“Don’t lie to me” was the final single shared ahead of its release a melancholic blend of dreamy shimmering indie rock and pop. There’s a heavenly blend of indie folk with an upbeat glam quality to it that features gorgeous vocals and sharp compact instrumentation with a gorgeous nature to that coasts by with a smooth but emotive quality.
