The Sways are a band of three proud dads from past musical projects, who have joined forces in order to create something “fresh and full of heart.” The first taste of their collaboration comes with their single “I Have Been the Moon”, the first song from the self-titled EP, out September 19.
“I Have Been the Moon” is a track that sounds as timeless as they come, like its pulled from the 60s, with a breezy classic folk and Laurel Canyon-esque nature that features absolutely gorgeous harmonies and arrangements that just burst out of the speakers.
This is quite an incredible debut and quite frankly, one of our favorites new songs that we have heard in some time.
