Milou Moon is the dream psych project of French-American artist Emily McGil, originally from Chicago but based primarily in Naarm/Melbourne. They recently returned with their sophomore EP, Rêverie, sung half in English and half in French.

Closing the EP is “Acid Based Accounting”, a song about “losing touch with your creative flow and feeling like you’ve lost it, only to find it flooding back like a roar.” It dabbles it heavy psych grooves with traces of early Tame Impala, blended with a cinematic vocal performance with a big widescreen nature and scope.
