T. G. Shand is a shoegazey dream-pop project by Annemarie Duff, out of Christchurch, New Zealand. They returned in late May with their new single “The Deadpan Break.”
The track begins with a reflective indie rock and pop slow burn build-up that gradually expands its reach into a dreamy lush nature that has a contemplative nature to it. Colorful swirling electronics combine with its 90 indie rock build, climaxing with a minute long jam that sends it off in a swirling and exhilarating fashion.
