Bristol post-punk and shoegaze outfit Bible Club returned with their sophomore EP, Umbra, back in April via Velvet Echoes.

“Plastic Apples” is a brooding slice of post punk that closes out the EP and is described as an “exploration of the far gone world of post-consumerism.” It submerges itself into a dark mood that harkens to classic 80s offerings, with a bit of a Parquet Courts raw nature to it with a haunted nature that leaves a true lasting impression throughout its shape-shifting runtime.
