British singer-songwriter Maja Lena will release her second solo album Pluto on December 2nd via Chiverin Records.

She has recently shared its gorgeous single “Clear As The Water”, a song informed by her relationship with nature (as is the rest of the album). In particular on this track, it’s her relationship with mountain-scapes.

The track features some sprawling gorgeous folk and art rock elements that feel like a spiritual journey through the mountains, connecting to nature in a most cinematic form.

Speaking on the track, she adds:

“I was feeling very inspired by mountain-scapes when I wrote it, and the feelings of clarity and fresh perspective I often have when immersed in nature, especially in a vast and dramatic landscape where you can feel very small and insignificant yet very free. I wanted the music to have a feeling of euphoria to mirror this and also be fun and uplifting.”
