Norwegian indie rock outfit I Was A King will return on October 28th with their new album Follow Me Home and have given us an early taste with the power pop excellence that is lead single “Lo Pressure.”
The track coasts along swimmingly with the effortless cool of an 80s indie classic, with smart hooks, clean guitar work, and a sound that quite simply feels timeless and full of life. Like a mix of Camera Obscura, The Chills, and Stereolab, you can’t go wrong with “Lo Pressure.”
