Australian trio Bloods are preparing for the release of their new album Together, Baby!, which includes a handful of singles that they have released over the past few months.
Some particular highlights released so far are the firey garage rock blitz of the title track, which is a call-to-arms inspired by me too moment and calling all those who took advantage of their position of power and holding their feet to the flame.
Another is the wicked smart rock and pop blend that is “Take Aim”, a track that hits with a confident swagger that feels like it’s from the early 2000s with a cathartic chorus and channels a lot of Bikini Kill and other classic riot grrrl acts.
