The Rural Alberta Advantage recently returned with their new EP The Rise, which was released via Saddle Creek / Paper Bag Records. We previously shared single “CANDU” and today we turn our adoration towards “3 Sisters”.
Following the showcase of progression and transformation on “CANDU”, the band once again put their evolution on focus. “3 Sisters” has those trademark drum fills of drummer Paul Banwatt, the haunting backing vocals of Amy Cole, and the distinct vocals of Nils Edenloff. Yet there are more polished elements such as the mesmerizing electric guitar riffs that give their trademark sound a bit of distinct new marker.
