Canadian based experimental multi-genre musical outfit Glutenhead released their album Palmerston last year and today we are sharing the lovely single and standout track, “Spinal Cord.”
The song, which is described as being about “romance in all forms” features a blend of gorgeous horns, shapeshifting genres, and a genuine human connection that feels life-affirming and bold. Like a mix of Sufjan Stevens, Tune-Yards, and Rubblebucket, it’s a sound that feels larger than life.
